Success is often determined at the beginning of an endeavour, which is why my approach is based on a clear understanding of what we are trying to achieve and constantly adjusting the approach along the journey.
In addition to addressing the specific needs of your people, processes and technologies, an important aspect which needs to be considered is that of energy of your organisation – where is the energy of your organisation stuck, and where is it flowing freely and generating higher profits? By energy, I mean where are there tensions and frustrations among your staff and customers. These are most likely the places which can create much more value if they are conciously designed to meet the needs of the people involved.
The purpose of your organisation is the compass we will use during our journey. If your purpose is to simply extract as much revenue from whomever will buy from you, my services are not for you. Profit is a result, not a purpose. If you don’t know your purpose, or have not agreed collectively what your purpose is, that is the best place to begin.
